” I am most proud of staying true to my personal values which led me to a plant based diet, even though for the greatest part of my life, I felt I was swimming upstream. But, my proudest moments, are when I see my children doing the same.”

“Sometimes I feel totally hopeless and unsure that my one voice can actually make a difference. This hopelessness stems from the fear that human beings are unwilling to change, even though our human existence depends on this change.“

“My contribution to the world is fully aligned with my life purpose and that is to inspire people to change the world right from their kitchen tables.”
