“So much to do, so little time.” This perfectly describes this multi-passionate entrepreneur, Aletté Johanni Winckler. Wife of singer/pastor Heinz Winckler, Aletté has made quite a name for herself as author and business woman. Graduating in journalism, she worked in corporate and wanted to have more freedom. As a trained Image consultant and fashion stylist, she then entered the arena as a TV-presenter and motivational speaker. This led to her writing three self-help/motivational books for women. She co-owns a lullaby childrens’ book range, Lulla-Bible/Lulla-Bybel, which have sold more than 100 000 copies in South Africa, USA, Australia and the UAE, making her a three-time best selling author and songwriter. Her daily devotional for women in Afrikaans, was released in October 2021, and February 2022 saw the launch of her marriage book Kom ons praat oor die huwelik, she so-wrote with her husband.
She hosted her own makeover programme on DSTV Channel 147. As a motivational speaker, she travels the country to challenge toxic mind-sets and inspire people to reach their full, God-given potential. Her fun-filled personality and unique sense of humour, mixed with thought provoking truths and heartfelt authenticity about her own issues and struggles, while addressing everything she’s passionate about, leaves the audience profoundly impacted and wanting more.
In 2017 she became the owner and CEO of The South African Image Academy and after writing her international exams and handing in her image portfolio with the AICI, became the first Internationally Certified Image Consultant Trainer in South Africa. This gives her the opportunity to train professional image consultants all over the world, to influence women and men worldwide. Aletté has also initiated an APP called “the Pocket Stylist” that revolutionized the Image Industry. In 2021 she launched the Online Toolkit to give image consultants the ability to see clients online, when human connection was so limited.
Her entrepreneurial gift shines through in the many enterprises founded and chaired by her. In March 2022 she is launching a collaborative clothing and accessory range, Palette CollectiW and Co, to provide her clients with attire in the style and colour that is best suited for them.
Her latest enterprise, The Confidence Co, focusses on soft-skill training in self development. Girl-School presents training in finishing and etiquette for girls, tweens and teens.
Her first love is God and then her husband, Heinz. They are the proud parents of three beautiful primary school boys: Lian, Simeon & Reuben and an amazing little girl, Alannah. The family is blessed in Somerset West.

1. What’s your biggest achievement / Something you’re proud of yourself for?
“My biggest achievement is being able to live in my calling and do what I am passionate about, while being able to also have the capacity to be a wife to a loving and beyond this world husband and a mother of 4.”
2. What’s your biggest fear / something that holds you back?
“This is a question that does not fit my vocabulary. I do not fear. I strongly dislike bugs, though. I don’t do flying bugs. “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” – Isaiah 41:10″
3. What’s your biggest contribution / Something you like to share?
“Never waste a day! Time is a gift from God. Use your time to honour God in everything you do. You have a purpose and a calling and you have been given one life to enjoy every part of it.”

“I love chewy and crunchy sweets like wine gums and honeycomb; I have one fluffy black fur baby named Pablo; I am very competitive; I can play piano and a little bit of the recorder; My husband and I pastor LoveKey church in Somerset West/Online; My favorite drink is sparkling water; I am a pencil person – I only sign contracts in pen; I am the highest qualified image consultant in Southern Africa; I have more than 200 pairs of shoes; I have been to 31 countries & 33 American States; I consulted over 1000 clients on colour & style; I was first in SA to do Look of the Day #lotd #ootd; I sometimes (often) “midnight snack” on Froot Loops soaked in milk; I had the privilege to give natural birth to 4 babies, each over 4 kg”
