Paula Quinsee

Paula Quinsee is a Relationship Expert in Johannesburg. She teaches individuals and organisations how to cultivate healthy relationships at home and in the workplace to create a human connected world. Paula is also the author of 2 self-help guides: “Embracing Conflict” and “Embracing No” as well as being an international speaker and advocate for mental health and against gender-based violence.

Based in Jhb Paula operates internationally and works with organizations that are willing to invest in their staff and business to provide an environment that goes beyond “enjoyable” into something that feels purposeful and fulfilling, where employees feel like they matter and can bring their best selves to work everyday.

1. What’s your biggest achievement / Something you’re proud of yourself for?

“So many but a few are: Personal – Top 10 SA women in the Comrades marathon in 2009. Professional – leaving corporate to follow my passion of working in the people development space, doing a TedX talk, self-publishing 2 books, speaking at international events”.

2. What’s your biggest fear / something that holds you back?

“Imposter syndrome and overcoming self doubt that I have earned my seat at the table.”

3. What’s your biggest contribution / Something you like to share?

“Providing tools, strategies and insights that help to create healthy relationships at home and in the workplace, which builds psychological / emotionally safe environments and a productive workforce.”

4. Fun Facts:

” I love to run, it’s my happy place. I’m actually an introvert and quite shy around people.”
