Q&A
Q. What’s your biggest achievement / Something you’re proud of yourself for?
A. “When starting my Recruitment journey over 16 years ago, never did I realise I would be part of the brand that we are building today, making a dent in unemployment and changing the lives of so many people in this country. For me, every change matters, from Receptionist to CEO – every placement matters! I am so proud of where I find myself today and am so excited about what the future holds.“
Q. What’s your biggest fear / something that holds you back?
A. “I have always been risk averse, and when we bought this business, there was an online recruitment element to it, which we self-funded for the better part of 5 years. My biggest fear was taking that next step in growing the business, bringing in a new investor to help bring our life-changing Intelligent Recruitment tool to fruition.“
Q. What’s your biggest contribution / Something you like to share?
A. “For me personally, as well as my business partner, we have always had a bigger dream and goal, and that is to help those less fortunate. Between running a business that changes so many human lives, but more so to give back as part of our CSI initiative. Our selected charities play a huge role in not only Job Crystal’s life, but giving our clients the opportunity to contribute by selecting which charity they would like to support. With my passion for horses, my biggest contribution is giving back to the working horses of Cape Town by donating a percentage of every invoice to the Cart Horse Association.”
Thank you for being you!
