Q&A
1. What’s your biggest achievement / Something you’re proud of yourself for?
“Going into Alcoholics Anonymous. The program saved my life. I had spent my life looking for a solution to help me to live sober and I am proud that I am 2 years sober and I have a passion and a desire to live sober.”
2. What’s your biggest fear / something that holds you back?
“Being successful. Success can come out of nowhere, and change everything and I am afraid I am not ready. I am afraid that once I have success and get comfortable with it, it can vanish in an instant. I tend to hold back because I am afraid of getting it and losing it. I am currently learning how to celebrate my small successes. And embracing them and I try not to let my fear hold me back, step by step, small victory after small victory.“
3. What’s your biggest contribution / Something you like to share?
“Inspiring people. Giving people hope. That it is not too late to start. It is not too late to live and enjoy life sober. I get to carry a message of love and hope to the still suffering alcoholics and show that life is possible after the bottle.”
