1. What’s your biggest achievement / Something you’re proud of yourself for?
“Definitely starting my modeling agency, Alushi Model Management, in my 5th year of studying chiropractic. At the time I was also modeling part time and had realized that agencies were only representing a size 0 – cookie cutter type of model and I thought the industry needed some shaking up, so I opened my own agency to represent a more diverse group of women. The Industry has made many strides in becoming more accepting of broader range of people, but I am very proud of the part I played in that transformation.”
2. What’s your biggest fear / something that holds you back?
“Like every person, I fear failure, but I used it to motivate me to work harder and aim higher.“
3. What’s your biggest contribution / Something you like to share?
“I use the power of entrepreneurship to train and advance the skills of my employees, which are primarily women.”
4. FUN FACTS:
“I sometimes sing when I eat; I am deaf in one ear; Hidden talent- I can down a full beer in 4.1 seconds”
