Tammy is certified in plant-based nutrition.  Her hunger for knowledge comes from one of her inspirations: Nelson Mandela who said: “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. She loves sharing her knowledge and ideas through the sell-out Seed Workshops which she has hosted in the UK, Australia and South Africa.

Tammy’s motto in life is: “Eat, Live, Consciously!”  We need to take impactful yet simple steps to make the world a better place for our children and grandchildren.  As the Native American Proverb says: “We do not inherit the earth from our forefathers, we borrow it from our children”

Tammy and her family now reside in Noosa, Australia where they have found their own “Blue Zone”.

Tammy’s motto in life is: “Eat, Live, Consciously!”.

Q&A

1. What’s your biggest achievement / Something you’re proud of yourself for?

” I am most proud of staying true to my personal values which led me to a plant based diet, even though for the greatest part of my life, I felt I was swimming upstream. But, my proudest moments, are when I see my children doing the same.”

2. What’s your biggest fear / something that holds you back?

Sometimes I feel totally hopeless and unsure that my one voice can actually make a difference.  This hopelessness stems from the fear that human beings are unwilling to change, even though our human existence depends on this change.

3. What’s your biggest contribution / Something you like to share?

“My contribution to the world is fully aligned with my life purpose and that is to inspire people to change the world right from their kitchen tables.”

Just some fun-facts:

I water-skied (behind a boat) at 8 months old – breaking a world record!
Kale and dill are horrible”
