MUSICIAN
Tasché is, without a doubt, a world-class talent. Her charismatic stage presence and powerful renditions of local and international hits bagged her The Voice SA 3 crown in 2019. She became the first female winner of this reality TV series just after her 19th birthday; making her the youngest winner of The Voice SA as well. And although her soulful renditions of cover hits won her this title, it is her original songs that makes her unforgettable and timeless.
Q&A
1. What’s your biggest achievement / Something you’re proud of yourself for?
“I’m very proud of the fact that next year I’ll be marrying the absolute best person on earth, Jo-Lene Benade. I’m heavy lucky!”
2. What’s your biggest fear / something that holds you back?
“I tend to overthink, sometimes. It’s not always a bad thing, but I think it’s cool to sometimes just jump into a thing to keep life exciting“
3. What’s your biggest contribution / Something you like to share?
“I would like to share acceptance. I think we live in a world that sees judgement as normal and I want to help by making judgement abnormal. I’ll admit that if someone walks by with a “weird” hairstyle or whatever – I’ll laugh – and it’s actually not okay. Different and/or weird is actually pretty cool.”
4. Fun Facts:
“There’s coca cola in our fridge AT ALL TIMES!”
Thank you for being you!
