Tracy McGregor

Model | Fitness Nutrition Coach

I’ve been in the modelling industry for almost 25 years and have been blessed with a really successful career. With social media being so present nowadays I’ve been very fortunate to be able to move into the influencer market which has seen my modelling career (which can often be short lived once you reach a certain age) flourish into the world of our next generations.

I have a business called Life101 which is all about Fitness & Nutrition, two things that I’m seriously passionate about.

I got my International certification as a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and now help people change their lives and their bodies by changing their habits and making better choices when it comes to food. I believe that life is all about balance and if you give people the right information on how to achieve that then the results are always there. I offer personalised meal plans based on what the client loves to eat and create a plan that fits into their lifestyle.

I also have a certification as a Fitness Trainer and this part of my business is based on the Atlantic Seaboard where I offer my female clients personal sessions in the comfort of their own homes.

My favourite thing of all is that I’m a mom to a beautiful boy named Rocca who is my absolute pride and joy. He’s quite literally the best thing that’s ever happened in my life.

1. What’s your biggest achievement / Something you’re proud of yourself for?

“I’m proud of many things in my life but I’d have to say that to date the one thing that I’m most proud of is my son, Rocca.

2. What’s your biggest fear / something that holds you back?

I know it sounds rather cliche but honestly my biggest fear has always been failure. I have however learnt to take that fear and work with it as I’ve gotten older and have found that it actually just makes me work harder by putting my all into everything that I do. Sometimes things just don’t work out the way you expect them to but every failure is a lesson and with that can only come growth.

3. What’s your biggest contribution / Something you like to share?

I sit on the board of an NPO called Dare To Share and we’ve helped thousands of people and families over the years with donations of food, toiletries, school supplies, clothing and anything else that they may need. I think it’s so important to give back…and it doesn’t always have to be something monetary or tactile but also just your time. Some people just want to be noticed and to tell their stories so to give them a part of your day means the world to them.

“I’m 38 years old, I have curly hair but ALWAYS straighten it; I’ve got my certification as a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition as well as a Fitness Trainer; I haven’t drank milk on its own since I was 6 years old after having being forced to try goats milk that had just been milked from the goat standing in front of us at a school camp; Swimming in any form of open water terrifies me (haha) I always think something is going to get me; I add vinegar to almost anything and everything that I eat.”

Thank you for being you!
