Zuraida Jardine

ZURAIDA JARDIEN is a much loved journalist, Radio DJ, Speaker, MC and transformational healing guide.

With three degrees to her name and countless certifications, she’s successfully shattered the generational family norm.
Zuraida believes it’s in the pushing of our own boundaries and seeking knowledge, that inspires those around us and those who come after us to do the same.

An accomplished public personality and a mom of 2, she still felt an innate pull towards Psychology. Coupled with the gratitude of media achievements, she yearned for academic recognition, and went on to explore the humanities of Critical Diversity studies, Functional Medicine, Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork Therapy and the art behind science. This journey awakened a deep-seated passion for continual learning and personal development, and the realization that as we evolve, so should our knowledge and understanding.

Q&A

1. What’s your biggest achievement / Something you’re proud of yourself for?

“I don’t have a ‘biggest” achievement, instead I pride myself on remaining curious and leaning into that curiosity and always achieving on life’s journey. I regularly explore elements that aid in my personal development. I believe that if i’m on a consistent journey to being my best self then I am able to be a stronger parent, partner and pal. One of my latest achievers is having completed my Masters Degree and also that I am about to launch my online digital course called, Be Still which aids people with anxiety and burnout to better understand how their breath pattern impacts their mind, body and behaviour.”

2. What’s your biggest fear / something that holds you back?

“I get nervous and excited by new ventures that I take on.  Nerves make you feel alive and optimistic where as fear can feel like doom.  I’m not fear-based, I’m love-based and optimistic.”

3. What’s your biggest contribution / Something you like to share?

“.Living a life of purpose and service is how I contribute.”

4. Fun Facts:
