1. What’s your biggest achievement / Something you’re proud of yourself for?

“I completed 3x Comrades marathons. For those who aren’t familiar, this is a 90km road running race. I am also pretty proud of my natural birth experiences. This was something that I felt particularly connected to and empowered by.

2. What’s your biggest fear / something that holds you back?

I have done a lot of self-reflection to discover what my biggest fear is. I now understand that the thing that I fear the most is not being loved or valued as much as I love and value others. This creeps into my heart and mind often, causing me a lot of emotional pain. However now that I am aware of it, I am better able to manage it and work to change my mindset.

3. What’s your biggest contribution / Something you like to share?

“Again, this is something I have done a lot of self-reflection on and I now deeply believe that my biggest contribution is to be a communicator of light. Through my business, my teachings, and my writing/speaking, I work to inspire change and hope in as many people as I possible can..”

Thank you for being you!
