COACH I WRITER I SPIRITUAL TEACHER
Betty Guadagno is a transformation coach, writer, and spiritual teacher whose life has been shaped by trauma, addiction, and a near-death-like experience that sparked a profound awakening. She survived years of substance use, prostitution, and the devastating loss of both her parents, who died together in a suicide pact. Her path to healing didn’t happen all at once. It was messy, imperfect, and sacred every step of the way.
Today, Betty lives a life led by service. She supports others in releasing fear, shame, and guilt so they can step into radical honesty and spiritual alignment. She is the cofounder of The Wheel: Transformation in Motion, a community rooted in growth, connection, and truth. Her journey is proof that we don’t have to be polished to be powerful, and even when we fall apart, we are still worthy of rising.

Q&A with Betty
1. What’s your biggest achievement / Something you’re proud of yourself for?
“Going from homelessness, drug addiction, and prostitution to building a life centered around recovery, spirituality, and service. Today I have the privilege of helping people heal, reconnect with themselves, and remember their worth. Every day feels like a miracle.”
2. What’s your biggest fear / something that holds you back?
“Sometimes my brain tells me that because I “wasted” 20 years of my life in addiction, I have to make up for it all right now. That can turn into productivity addiction and make it hard to slow down. I’m also learning that I don’t have to do everything myself. Trusting, delegating, and remembering that my worth isn’t measured by how much I accomplish has been one of my greatest lessons.”
3. What’s your biggest contribution / Something you like to share?
“I help people heal limiting beliefs, understand their shadow, and reconnect with God, their intuition, and their authentic selves. My favorite thing in the world is believing in someone until they believe in themselves. I hold the vision of every person I meet as their most healed, authentic self, and it’s incredible to watch their life eventually catch up to that vision.”
3. Fun fact:
“I have absolutely no shame walking around my house naked with the blinds open. My husband, on the other hand, is very aware that windows work both ways.”
Thank you for being you!
