Q&A

1. What’s your biggest achievement / Something you’re proud of yourself for?
“Ah I cannot pick something to be my biggest achievement, but I have some highlights that stand out to me: Being the youngest person to work on an editorial team for the number one women’s magazine at the time (I was 18 years old), running a Luxury PR firm in my early 30s, working with big brands like Veuve Cliquot, Woolworths and Belvedere to name a few. Our production company, STELLAR Productions, started working with Kalk Bay Theatre this year and our partnership with the team from LUMINARY are definitely 2024 highlights.”

2. What’s your biggest fear / something that holds you back?
“My greatest fear is possibly not getting things done. We have so many amazing opportunities and options at the moment that it can become overwhelming and saying no is not something that comes naturally to me. However, I find that this anxiety can be overcome by relooking goals and ensuring that projects align with those personal and professional goals.”

3. What’s your biggest contribution / Something you like to share?
“Creating safe spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community and quite loudly fighting for the rights of minorities – as a representative of several minority groups, I feel a duty to educate others in order to encourage understanding of different communities and their challenges. At STELLAR, we believe that theatre has the unique ability to change people’s mind and that’s how you change the world.”

4. Fun Facts:
“I started running at the age of 30 and finished my first marathon at 33. Running is the most joyful and amazing hobby and it changed my life completely.”

Thank you for being you!
